In 1 year, nobody will build APIs by hand anymore - with Tanmai (Hasura)


Tanmai and I talk about databases, e.g. the iteration speed and performance tradeoff. He’s got a great in-depth answer - and a short one for those getting started on a new project. We also talk about DevOps in general and how he thinks AI will change the industry e.g. “nobody will build APIs by hand a year from now”.

Most curious was his stance on tech debt. He views it as a good sign. If you don’t have tech debt, you are too slow. And growth is survival - we dive into that, as well.
